Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
All of the items are custom-made to order, so I do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges—including for incorrect sizing. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
- Color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If there’s an issue with your order, contact me within 4 business days of delivery.
Provide a clear, high-quality photo showing the entire product and the issue. If necessary, I may request a short video for further review.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
At cartcuddle, each product is custom-made upon order to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness. Here's what you can expect regarding production and shipping:
Production Time
- Standard Production: Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Please note that production times may vary based on factors such as product availability, order size, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping times are as follows:
- Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days within the U.S.
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within the U.S.
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days within the U.S.
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (including production) within the contiguous U.S.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Printing Process & Design Quality
cartcuddle use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, which directly absorbs ink into the fabric for a soft, smooth, and long-lasting print—no cracking or peeling like vinyl!
- DTG prints have a natural, slightly vintage look since the ink blends into the fabric rather than sitting on top.
- The prints use 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, water-based inks that meet the highest industry standards.
- Slight variations in color intensity may occur depending on fabric type and color.
T-Shirt & Sweatshirt Care Instructions
To keep your apparel looking fresh, follow these care tips:
✅ Wash before first wear (remove any stickers first)
✅ Turn inside out before washing & drying
✅ Machine wash cold with like colors
✅ Use regular detergent only—no bleach or vinegar
✅ Tumble dry on low
🚫 Do not bleach or use vinegar
🚫 Avoid stain removers—they may affect the fabric color
🚫 Do not iron directly on the design
🚫 No dry cleaning
Sizing Guide
Not sure which size to get? No worries! Each listing includes a detailed size chart to help you pick the perfect fit. Here’s what you need to know:
- Check the measurements carefully before placing your order.
- A size variance of up to 1.5” is considered normal.
- Since all items are made to order, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

Packaging & Gift Messages
- At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping or personalized gift messages.
- Whether marked as a gift or not, invoices will not include pricing.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Once your package is shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:
1️⃣ Check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for updates.
2️⃣ Verify your shipping address—incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
3️⃣ cartcuddle is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be covered by the customer.
Discounts & Bulk Orders
- Our discounts and promotions are listed on product pages, if there are any. I do not negotiate prices.
- Ordering 15+ items or a bulk order of 30+? Contact me before purchasing to see if a discount applies!
- Shipping multiple items together can also reduce shipping costs.
Order Issues & Defects
If there’s a problem with your order, contact me within 4 business days of delivery.
- Provide a clear, high-quality photo showing the entire product, including the print and issue.
- If needed, I may request a short video for further review.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
